We do not keep inventory on hand. Spirit garments are available for purchase only when the online spirit shop is open. 

 

I do not like my shirt, or I got the wrong size…what should I do?

Due to the customized features provided in selecting garments and Spirit Worx policy all sales are FINAL. Please review your order and size chart carefully prior to ordering.

 

Why are we using Spirit Worx?

This is a online program that will allow families to customize and select spirit wear that will suit their needs. 

 

Why do we have to have multiple transactions if we liked spirit gear from multiple stores?

This process is established by Spirit Worx. This allows them to manage all the orders coming in and minimize errors in orders. We are aware of the inconvenience and hope that the ability to customize your spirit gear will supersede the inconvenience.

 

I did not like any of the designs, are you going to offer other design choices?

No, the designs offered will be the only designs for the 2021-2022 school year.

 

Why are some of the girls/ladies cut garments more expensive?

The cut of the garment warrants slightly higher pricing.

 

What are the difference between “princess cut” girl shirts and t-shirts?

Please note that the girl’s shirts are designed for a more fitted look vs the looser fit of a t-shirt. They are a TIGHTER fit. Please size up accordingly if a slightly looser fit is desired.

 

What is a Performance Shirt?

A performance shirt is a dry-fit material and is NOT a cotton shirt.

 

How long will it take for us to receive our orders?

Processing occurs approximately 48 hours after the online spirit shop closes. Please allow approx. 15-20 business days to allow for processing, shipment, and distribution. Production dates are subject to the vendors volume at the time.
